When it comes to business everyone knows that only one thing really matters – the customer, and making their needs the top priority.

Over twenty years ago Suzannah Chapple, already a busy director with a well-known recruitment company, decided that providing the best customer-focussed service was what really counted for her. However, as is often the case in large organisations, internal politics and boardroom issues always seemed to be getting in the way. So – it was time for a change. 

"I wanted to get back to the things that matter, providing worthwhile, professional service for the customer, and valuing all kinds of people regardless of their level, whether they were a candidate, represented an organisation or were a member of my staff," she says.

With those principles firmly established Chapple – Career Partners – was born.

In the intervening years Chapple has seen plenty of growth and development, now occupying two floors of the Fulham office rather than being Suzannah and a single desk. Our team now provides 100 years collective experience, all our consultants are functional experts in their particular discipline and they are supported by an in-house research team and extensive database so that we know where the best talent is to be found at all times.

But one thing never changes – Chapple‹s commitment to its customers.
